Position Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance a ServiceNow platform in a secure, mission-critical environment. This role focuses on day-to-day administration, user support, configuration, and platform stability while ensuring compliance with government security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including users, groups, roles, and access controls
· Perform platform configuration using best practices (forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, notifications)
· Manage upgrades, patches, and system health monitoring
· Provide Tier 2/3 support for incidents, requests, and platform-related issues
· Maintain CMDB data integrity and assist with asset and configuration management
· Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
· Support audits, compliance, and security requirements in a cleared environment
· Collaborate with engineers, developers, and stakeholders to implement enhancements
Required Qualifications
· Active Secret Clearance (required at time of hire)
· 2–5 years of experience administering ServiceNow
· Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
· Experience with user/group management and role-based access control
· Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and release management
· Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
· ServiceNow Administrator Certification
· Experience supporting federal or DoD customers
· Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, or Discovery
· Experience with ITIL v4 practices
