ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist (Contract)

Location: Remote (U.S.) Type: Contract (Approx. 12 Months) Start Date: April May 2026

Seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist to support a large-scale ServiceNow environment by helping complete and enhance the organization's IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementation. This role will focus on integrations, service mapping, and CMDB population across a complex infrastructure environment. The internal team already supports ITSM, so this position is specifically focused on ITOM capabilities and integrations with cloud and enterprise systems. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with a nationwide search.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITOM capabilities
• Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
• Build and maintain integration between ServiceNow and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Develop and maintain Service Graph connectors
• Support CMDB population and Configuration Item (CI) ingestion
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Design and implement secure integration patterns, including read-only integrations where appropriate
• Collaborate with internal platform administrators and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot integration, discovery, and CMDB data issues

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM
• Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery
• Experience building Service Graph connectors
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS and/or Azure
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and CI ingestion
• Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with network, security, or monitoring platforms
• Experience supporting large ServiceNow implementations

Fully remote (U.S. candidates only). 12-month contract engagement. Opportunity to support a major ServiceNow platform implementation.
