Qualifications

years experience in Information Technology.

• at least 5 yrs in tech lead role using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, J2EE, JSP, HTML5, struts,jQuery, Hibernate

• Database experience is a must

• Knowledge of caching (like memcache, geneva etc)

• solid knowledge in OO design

• has worked on scalable and large enterprise applications

• Still hands-on with emphasis on design reviews, code walk-thru, architecture decisions, performance and scalability

• Motivated and hard working

• Strive for innovation, performance and leadership
