Position Overview:
Crowe is seeking a talented Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic Cloud Solutions team. In this critical role, you will lead client projects, guide delivery teams, and actively engage in business development. As a trusted advisor, you'll manage the end-to-end solution delivery process, significantly contributing to our practice's growth through sales demonstrations, proposal support, and mentoring of junior team members. We are looking for entrepreneurial, client-focused individuals passionate about ServiceNow and consulting leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a variety of client projects across multiple ServiceNow applications such as IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, effectively managing their engagement expectations.
- Translate intricate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align the solution direction with client goals.
- Configure, customize, and enhance various ServiceNow applications while overseeing the implementation efforts of junior team members.
- Conduct compelling sales demonstrations for prospective clients, highlighting ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe methodologies.
- Assist in creating proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and participating in pre-sales activities.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering their technical and consulting skill development.
- Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives aimed at improving service delivery quality.
- Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership initiatives and practice development.
Desired Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong development skills in ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, and UI Policies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party applications.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing ServiceNow delivery projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Experience in business development activities such as demos, proposals, and pre-sales is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Certifications:
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Preferred: One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven ability to independently lead client projects and support business development initiatives.
- Track record of delivering customized ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
