Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, CMDB).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
• Understanding of CMDB data models and IT component relationships.
• Experience with data validation, data quality, and cleanup initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP LeanIX and/or SAP Signavio is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio as part of the Integrated Tool Chain program.
• Implement and manage synchronization of IT component, application, and service data between ServiceNow and LeanIX.
• Configure and support APIs, web services, and integration patterns (REST, JSON, MID Server where applicable).
• Perform data validation, normalization, and cleanup activities within ServiceNow to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to define remediation actions.
• Support alignment of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM data with enterprise architecture repositories.
• Collaborate with architecture, process, and platform teams to support end-to-end toolchain integration.
• Ensure integrations comply with security, performance, and governance standards.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer for implemented integrations.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $110,000 Per Annum
