Platform Support – L2 Admin Specialist

Mission

At Atlas Copco, the Platform Support Team plays a vital role in maintaining the robustness and efficiency of the ServiceNow program. As the L2 Admin Specialist, you will be pivotal in resolving complex incidents and service requests that our first level (L1) support team cannot address. This includes performing regular platform maintenance, monitoring system health, and ensuring that all functions align with our organizational goals. You will also interface with ServiceNow HI Support, managing escalations and delving into more intricate issues to enhance user satisfaction and system landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Handling escalated issues : Address and take ownership of incidents that L1 cannot resolve, focusing on advanced catalog behaviors and unexpected platform errors.
• Performance Monitoring : Continuously assess the platform performance, investigating system bottlenecks and executing the necessary tuning for proactive improvement.
• Platform Maintenance : Assist in the preparation and execution of platform upgrades, conduct routine checks for licensing, and implement non-disruptive configuration changes.
• Management of Support Cases : Log and manage ServiceNow HI Support cases, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Foundations (Required)
• ServiceNow System Administration (Required)
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administration (Recommended)
