- Design develop and implement comprehensive ServiceNow IT Asset Management ITAM solutions with a primary focus on Software Asset Management SAM Utilize deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture to enhance ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAMSAM modules Monitor and maintain the performance and compliance of ITAMSAM applications within the ServiceNow platform Leverage familiarity with Hardware Asset Management HAM to complement software asset tracking and management processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline ITAM processes reporting and compliance adherence Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow ITAMSAM features industry trends and regulatory standards to ensure solutions remain current and effective

- Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design configuration and deployment of ServiceNow ITAMSAM modules aligning with organizational goals Manage the complete lifecycle of software assets including discovery entitlement management compliance and optimization within ServiceNow Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define implement and enforce ITAMSAM policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to validate data integrity and ensure compliance with software licensing agreements Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ITAMSAM implementations and integrations Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and architectural standards Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation to support ITAM processes and tools
- Participate in cross-functional teams to integrate ITAMSAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes
