ServiceNow Integration Specialist

<\/p> Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/h3>

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third -party systems (e.g., SAP, Active Directory).<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and connectors for seamless data exchange.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Develop and maintain custom APIs and scripted integrations.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Build custom applications and workflows using AppEngine and Creator Studio.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Analyze and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms for optimization.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Handle message queue issues and resolve integration blockers.<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3> Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/h3>

• Proficiency in ServiceNow AppEngine, Creator Studio, and IntegrationHub.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and UI scripting.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Service Catalog.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization.<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/span>
