Job Description
ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and scripts.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow (UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Data Import).
- Participate in full SDLC—analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of ITSM/ServiceNow development or integration experience.
- Strong JavaScript and API integration skills (REST/SOAP).
