Position Summary:
Optomi, in partnership with a leading fast-casual restaurant chain, is looking for a Project Manager to lead a critical recovery project. The ServiceNow Project Manager will be responsible for recovering a failed ServiceNow rollout. The project has experienced two unsuccessful implementations, and now resetting the initiative. The candidate will act as the "glue" to bring together multiple vendors and internal teams, stabilizing the environment and leading the effort to a successful outcome. This role requires strong program/project governance and the ability to manage vendor conflict effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Stabilize and lead the ServiceNow initiative
- Facilitate effective communication between vendors and internal teams
- Develop a unified project plan and RAID log
- Drive accountability and manage conflicts among vendors
- Ensure centralized coordination of multiple initiatives
