 As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the

ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM). Your role will

involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm technical feasibility, and provide

solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in technical validation

to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the established architecture and standards.

 To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Solution Architecture and be proficient in

using the ServiceNow platform. Experience with ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management

(CSM) is essential, as well as a solid understanding of Requirements Confirmation processes. Your ability

to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial ensuring

successful project delivery. Overall, your expertise in Solution Architecture and technical validation will be

key in driving the organization's digital transformation initiatives forward.

 In this role, exposure to tools and processes related to ServiceNow Product Customer Service

Management (CSM) will be beneficial. Candidates with a proven track record of successfully designing

and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform will have a competitive advantage.
