Position: ServiceNow ITOM SME

Duration: 12+ months – contract

Location: Spokane, WA (Onsite)

Job Description

SKILLS NEEDED : ServiceNow ITOM, ServiceMapping projects,

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOMServiceMapping solutions within enterprise environments
  • Develop and implement strategies for ServiceNow ITOM modules including Service Mapping Discovery CMDB Connected Operations Cloud Observability Governance and Cloud Insights
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure integration and alignment of ITOM solutions with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow ITOM processes and frameworks to optimize operational efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITOM architecture and deployment
  • Analyze complex IT infrastructure and service dependencies to enhance service visibility and management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in ITOM implementations
  • Mentor and support junior team members in ServiceNow ITOM technologies and architecture principles

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Own the endtoend architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOMServiceMapping projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Oversee configuration customization and integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet client needs Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Service Mapping and associated ITOM components
  • Work closely with architects and platform teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Develop and review technical documentation including architecture diagrams process workflows and implementation guides
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for internal teams and clients
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and industry trends to recommend improvements
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
