Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior ServiceNow IRM Technical Consultant to join our team on-site in London. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide consulting expertise. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing expert guidance, and supporting pre-sales activities, such as solution demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex client requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Expertise in consulting and the ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation and resolution of ServiceNow IRM-related issues.
• Familiarity with sales processes, including assisting in pre-sales activities and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or IRM are highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise technology solutions and large-scale implementations is a plus.
