Job Description:
Crowe is seeking a passionate leader to guide our clients through their Security (SecOps) ServiceNow implementations. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and management abilities to ensure excellence in ServiceNow SecOps implementations for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, project scoping, proof of concepts, and assisting with preparing Statements of Work (SOW).
- Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow to enhance their enterprise Security programs.
- Lead project implementation, overseeing architectural design, and collaborating with our Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and team of Developers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate project initiation and kick-off meetings, conduct weekly client status meetings, and manage project timelines.
- Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configurations.
- Conduct final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables.
- Design and deliver comprehensive end-user training.
- Expand clients’ vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through ServiceNow.
Desired Skills:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - SecOps
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional setting.
- 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with a focus on SecOps.
- Experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator.
- Strong knowledge of managing a Security program on ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Experience providing business, operations, and technical consulting to senior organizational leaders.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment, engaging with professionals at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing various projects concurrently.
- Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of project planning and management methodologies and tools.

The wage range for this role considers various factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. It is not typical for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions are based on specific circumstances. A reasonable range estimate is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.
