Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and upgrade projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and status reports to management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and project deliverables.
• ServiceNow Platform Oversight
• Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and architects.
• Ensure proper implementation of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules
• Oversee system integrations and configuration.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues affecting project timelines or scope.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
• Agile / Scrum Coordination
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage backlog prioritization with product owners.
• Ensure agile delivery practices are followed.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
• Allocate and manage team resources effectively.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain project documentation including:
• Project plans
• Risk registers
• Status reports
• Implementation documentation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience managing ITSM or enterprise platform implementations
• Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Risk and issue management
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow
• Certified Implementation Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–10 years of IT project management experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow project delivery experience
