ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, with core focus on ITSM and CSM modules.

Manage project planning, timelines, resources, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple ServiceNow initiatives.

Coordinate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful configuration and deployment of ServiceNow modules.

Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation for additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, HAM, SAM, and ITOM.

Ensure projects follow Agile/Waterfall methodologies and align with enterprise governance and ServiceNow best practices.

Track project status, provide leadership updates, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Collaborate with business teams to improve service management processes and enhance customer service capabilities using ServiceNow.

Experience in financial services environments and familiarity with ServiceNow platform integrations is preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
