Sr. ServiceNow ITAM

Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow ITAM Duration: 6 months Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Remote)

Role Overview We are seeking a senior-level, hands-on ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) contractor with proven experience integrating ServiceNow ITAM with SAP Ariba. This role will design, build, and support a robust, scalable integration enabling accurate asset lifecycle management, procurement automation, and financial alignment. This is a technical delivery role. Candidates must be capable of coding, configuring, and troubleshooting integrations not providing advisory or oversight-only services.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and SAP Ariba supporting: o Hardware Asset Management (HAM) o Software Asset Management (SAM) Configure and extend ServiceNow Procurement and ITAM modules, including: o Purchase Orders (PO) o Purchase Requisitions (,) o Receiving Slips and Receiving Lines Implement and support ServiceNow Ariba Spoke integrations to: o Retrieve PO and , data from Ariba o Synchronize PO/, statuses (Requested, Ordered, Completed, Canceled, Rejected) o Send receiving confirmations from ServiceNow back to Ensure ServiceNow remains the system of record for assets and software entitlements, while Ariba remains the system of record for procurement Build and maintain: o Flow Designer flows o Script Includes o REST integrations o Error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data mismatches, and reconciliation issues Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal teams

Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with: o IT Operations o ITSM o Procurement o Finance o Security Operations Translate business and procurement requirements into technical integration solutions Support decisions related to: o Software purchases originating in Ariba o ,/PO closure conditions o Rejected or canceled procurement scenarios Partner with Security Operations to ensure asset visibility supports: o Vulnerability management o CMDB accuracy o Risk and compliance use cases Required Skills & Experience ServiceNow 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Strong experience with: o IT Asset Management Professional (HAM & SAM) o Procurement and PO lifecycle o IntegrationHub and Flow Designer Advanced server-side JavaScript (ServiceNow) SAP Ariba Hands-on experience integrating with SAP Ariba APIs Strong understanding of: o Purchase Requisitions (,) o Purchase Orders (PO), Contracts, Suppliers o Financial and asset data models within Ariba o Approval, rejection, and receiving workflows Integration Skills REST / SOAP API integration experience Data mapping and transformation Strong troubleshooting and production support experience Understanding of procurement-to-asset lifecycle processes
