Your Career Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive who will spearhead new business initiatives in the telecom and technology sectors throughout the Western US. This role is an incredible opportunity to deepen our ServiceNow partnerships and explore new avenues for growth. You will help organizations fast-track their digital transformation using the robust capabilities of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic business plans for managing sales and developing opportunities in your territory, including innovative marketing events.
- Build and nurture relationships with key C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across various product lines.
- Lead account strategies by mapping client relationships, leveraging a diverse team of specialists (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success resources, Partners, and Marketing).
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ unique challenges and proposing ServiceNow solutions to enhance their IT and business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and support teams to ensure timely engagement of resources for effective deal closures.
- Continuously identify and qualify new opportunities to build a healthy pipeline in your territory.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.
- Be the go-to subject matter expert on all ServiceNow products and solutions by participating in relevant training and obtaining necessary certifications.
- Engage with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs, demonstrating how ServiceNow solutions can help.
- Stay informed about market trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare sales budgets and reports, maintain sales records, and deliver regular forecasts to key leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in selling ServiceNow or similar SaaS products is required.
- Strong relationships in the ServiceNow ecosystem, particularly field-level connections, are preferred.
- Experience selling consulting and integration services primarily in the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.
- Proven ability to generate new business, build partnerships, and negotiate effectively with C-level executives.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure.
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on consultative and influential engagements with executives and key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset capable of aligning sales strategies with broader IT and business goals.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client needs.
Education & Certifications:
- A BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a technology-related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
