Eligibility:

• US Citizen (Single Citizenship)
• Active ServiceNow Certification (CSA required)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification
• 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
• Experience with core ServiceNow applications: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB
• Strong JavaScript and system administration skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose performance-related issues
• Agile methodology experience
• Priority consideration for candidates with ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM
