We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Architect to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM.

Expertise in Business Analysis and requirement management.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in business analysis, including 5+ years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
