Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer on behalf of our client in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Implement, maintain, and support ServiceNow platform solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and deliver end-user training
• Build automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and other platform capabilities
• Maintain data integrity, support CMDB modeling, and create dashboards and reports
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party platforms
• Contribute to emerging initiatives, including AI-driven automation and enhancements
• Ensure platform solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with best practices

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ITSM modules; Workplace Case Management is a plus
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, and web services
• Knowledge of data management, CMDB, and reporting
• Experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementations and integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal or professional services environments
• Exposure to AI or automation initiatives within ServiceNow
