Job Title: ServiceNow Admin Developer
Location: Cincinnati/Evendale OH, Onsite

ServiceNow Developer/Administrator you will work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform.

You will administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders.

You will work with cross functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand, and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform.

You will perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
What you will do
-
Configures and develops on the ServiceNow platform including routine changes or configuration and adjustments as requested

Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
-
Perform daily, weekly, monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications
-
Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching.

Coordinate system updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes
-
Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operational administrative tasks, as needed
-
Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed

Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances

Collaborate with the Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases

Document administrative processes and issues resolution

Working with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements.

Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies
-
Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.
What you will bring
-
3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
-
3+ years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB
-
Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required
-
Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript
-
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
-
Experience diagnosing performance related issues

Agile experience

Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required
-
Priority consideration given to candidate that possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification
