KPMG is seeking a ServiceNow Operations Specialist to be a crucial member of our Digital Nexus technology organization. This hybrid work opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow products/modules, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving platform issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Design, configure, and develop effective solutions using ServiceNow best practices to meet business requirements and drive process improvements; actively contribute to the platform's enhancement through proactive suggestions and new feature implementations.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations while maintaining compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Participate in platform and plugin/store app upgrades while mentoring junior team members, promoting a rich culture of knowledge sharing within the operations team.
- Monitor platform health by managing performance and sustaining integration points.
- Engage with stakeholders and scrum teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is ideal.
- Experience improving various ServiceNow products/modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, etc.); strong knowledge in ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a major module (e.g., ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps) is preferred.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future is required.
