Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow delivery experience to lead and manage enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across multiple modules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires hands-on experience managing ServiceNow programs involving Core Platform, Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, Source-to-Pay Operations, and GRC, along with excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Own project governance including scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
- Lead cross-functional teams including ServiceNow developers, architects, testers, business analysts, and vendors.
- Manage and coordinate implementations across ServiceNow modules:
- ServiceNow Core Platform
- Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Source-to-Pay Operations
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
- Facilitate project ceremonies including kickoffs, status meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee updates.
- Track and report project progress, milestones, risks, and financials to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, SDLC methodologies, and organizational governance standards.
- Manage vendors, system integrators, and third-party dependencies.
- Support UAT planning, go-live readiness, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across ServiceNow programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of project management experience, with 3–5+ years managing ServiceNow projects.
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules, including Core, WSD, EAM, FSM, Source-to-Pay, and GRC.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, platform capabilities, and implementation approaches.
- Experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agilist.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or module-specific certifications).
- Prior experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, data migration, and release management concepts
