ServiceNow Developer SPM & CMDB

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and CMDB to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in development, customization, and implementation across ServiceNow modules, with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on SPM and CMDB modules
• Build and enhance custom applications, workflows, and integrations as per business requirements
• Work on CMDB management, data modeling, and ensure data accuracy and governance
• Configure and manage MID Servers for integrations and discovery
• Develop and optimize ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support upgrade activities, deployments, and release management
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for existing implementations

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
• Expertise in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module
• Good experience with CMDB, Discovery, and MID Server setup
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or relevant SPM certifications)
• Experience in custom app development and code optimization
• Exposure to enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations

• 610 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow
