Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level guidance on specific ServiceNow modules.
  • Support configuration, customization, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions for end users.
  • Stay updated with latest platform features and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
  • Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in GxP or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Good experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM Implementation
