Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level guidance on specific ServiceNow modules.
- Support configuration, customization, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions for end users.
- Stay updated with latest platform features and recommend adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
- Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in GxP or regulated environments is a plus.
- Good experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM Implementation
