About the Team
The ServiceNow ITSM Sales Team at Crowe is dedicated to helping organizations modernize and enhance their IT service operations through the ServiceNow platform. We partner with clients to tackle their technology challenges and identify solutions for improved service delivery in areas like incident management, change management, and IT workflow optimization. By collaborating with technical architects and consultants, we create tailored ServiceNow ITSM solutions that drive efficiency and support digital transformation across various industries.
About the Role
The ITSM Sales Leader is a dynamic sales professional responsible for driving the growth of Crowe's ServiceNow ITSM solutions. This role manages pipeline development, strategic account expansion, and the execution of complex ServiceNow engagements. By working closely with client executives, you'll identify their business and technology challenges and craft ServiceNow-based solutions to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with account teams, practice leadership, alliance partners, and delivery teams, positioning Crowe as a trusted advisor and strategic ServiceNow partner.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Sales Leadership
- Own ITSM sales targets, develop pipelines, and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Generate new pipeline through industry connections, partnerships, thought leadership, and proactive engagement.
- Lead complete sales cycles for complex ServiceNow ITSM projects, from opportunity identification to contract execution.
- Develop account strategies to expand our ITSM presence in existing clients and acquire new ones.
- Create transformation roadmaps that align ServiceNow ITSM capabilities with client outcomes.
- Lead large proposal responses encompassing solution positioning, pricing, value articulation, and executive presentations.
- Differentiate Crowe from competitors by showcasing industry expertise and innovative delivery capabilities.
Strategic Client Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior IT executives.
- Position Crowe as a trusted partner by aligning ServiceNow ITSM solutions with enterprise initiatives.
- Conduct executive workshops and discovery sessions to explore value engineering opportunities.
- Clearly articulate ROI, business case justification, and transformation value in measurable terms.
- Represent Crowe at industry events and forums to enhance our market presence and generate opportunities.
Solution & Offering Leadership
- Collaborate with delivery and practice leaders to develop scalable, industry-relevant ITSM offerings.
- Work with solution architects to align ServiceNow ITSM solutions with best practices and Crowe standards.
- Integrate ITSM with related ServiceNow modules to enhance client value and promote platform use.
- Coordinate with the ServiceNow alliance team to align co-selling initiatives and strategic opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with ServiceNow field sales to jointly pursue strategic accounts.
Go-To-Market & Practice Growth
- Contribute to ITSM go-to-market strategy, messaging, and campaign initiatives.
- Identify market trends and ServiceNow innovations to enhance our offerings.
- Mentor managers and business development professionals in sales strategies and execution.
- Support talent development and capability expansion aligned with growth objectives.
Deal Governance & Execution Oversight
- Lead deal reviews and pricing assessments for significant ITSM engagements.
- Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery with structured handoff and alignment.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance with executive visibility.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting within CRM systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in ServiceNow consulting or IT transformation.
- 10+ years in business development, sales leadership, or account growth roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Experience in leading and closing complex ServiceNow ITSM deals.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITIL best practices.
- Experience in developing executive-level proposals and pricing models.
- Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and foster relationships effectively.
- Experience collaborating with service teams and partners for joint sales opportunities.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for pipeline management.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, or higher).
- Additional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile.
- Experience with adjacent ServiceNow capabilities and strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated success in managing large pipelines and revenue targets.
- Presence and influence at industry events and forums.
- Ability to lead teams in competitive pursuit environments.
- Results-oriented approach with accountability for client satisfaction.

The salary range for this role is $122,300.00 - $259,500.00 annually, influenced by various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs.
