Senior ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support a federal customer operating within a secure, compliance-driven environment. This role is responsible for platform administration, configuration, governance, and operational sustainment across a cleared infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep ServiceNow platform expertise, experience supporting federal or DoD environments, and strong collaboration skills to engage technical and government stakeholders. This is a long-term program supporting mission-critical systems.

Requirements:

• 58+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
• Strong knowledge of: ITSM processes, CMDB management, Service Catalog, Flow Designer
• Experience performing platform upgrades and instance management
• Experience managing update sets and release processes
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience supporting federal, DoD, or highly regulated environments
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Active Secret Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
