ServiceNow CMDB Architect

We are seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) Architect to support the growing ServiceNow Platform team within our Information Technology (IT) department. What would I do?

As a ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) Architect you will be a part of our ServiceNow Platform team. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB Workflows and Integrations. In this role you will target and support IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and functions within ServiceNow Platform. Additional responsibilities to deliver new functionality and enhancements to ServiceNow Discovery, Software and Hardware Asset Management, and Service Mapping. You will receive the opportunity to research and use new technologies as our ServiceNow Platform team implements the latest ServiceNow features.

This is a great opportunity if you are experienced with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM design and development work with a focus on CMDB integrations and Service Mapping.Qualified candidates also have experience working with and supporting ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Security Operations (SECOPS) processes. Other desired qualifications include understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, an understanding Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, and working under Agile methodology.
