Position : Technical Writer with ServiceNow Platform exp.

Location: Houston, TX or Anywhere in TX (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a Technical Writer, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow documentation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, workflows, and terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to write structured, concise, and user‑centric technical content.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow KB, SharePoint, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in the Houston Campus.
