Servicenow Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong ServiceNow expertise to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in program/project management, stakeholder leadership, and ServiceNow platform delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for ServiceNow initiatives across multiple projects
• Drive planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex programs
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and external vendors
• Oversee ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Define and track program roadmap, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables
• Ensure risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking across projects
• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including executives and clients
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Ensure quality, compliance, and best practices are followed
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, or CAD)
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
• Experience in digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise IT ecosystems
