Job Title: QA Analyst
Overview:
Join a dynamic team leading a transformative ServiceNow Modernization Program as a QA Analyst. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide platform enhancements, ensure top-tier solution quality, and directly contribute to a major IT modernization initiative. If you possess strong testing expertise, a passion for quality assurance, and a desire to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow projects, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
- Proven experience testing workflow-based enterprise applications, preferably ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
- Ability to develop detailed, reusable test cases and scripts
- Experience with defect management tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Exposure to API testing and data validation
- Supporting large-scale platform upgrades or modernization projects
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience supporting enterprise platform upgrades or modernization initiatives
Other Requirements:
- This is a contract position with approximately 20 hours per week
