Software Developer - Workflow Automation

Mission: We are looking for a Software Developer who thrives at the intersection of process and code. In this role, you won't just be "fixing tickets"-you'll be architecting the digital workflows that keep our mission moving. You will work within a high-velocity team to transform complex functional requirements into elegant, automated business logic. Required Technical Background:

• Languages: JavaScript (Essential), HTML5, CSS3, XML
• Primary Platform: ServiceNow (Experience in Appian, Jira Service Management, or Power Automate is highly transferable)
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs,
• Frameworks: ITIL Framework

What You'll Do:

• Build & Automate: Develop and maintain end-to-end workflows, custom forms, business logic, and UI policies that streamline enterprise operations.
• Collaborate: Work under the guidance of a Technical Team Lead to hit roadmap milestones, while partnering with Functional Analysts to turn "vague ideas" into "unit-tested reality."
• Integrate: Design and implement APIs to ensure our automation platform plays nicely with the rest of the enterprise ecosystem.
• Refine: Participate in peer reviews, conduct unit testing, and lead demos to showcase new features to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• JavaScript (Angular) Mastery: Strong experience scripting within a workflow automation environment (ServiceNow is preferred, but we value expertise in similar low-code/pro-code platforms).
