We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT Service Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and managing core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management, while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Design and implement workflows and automation
- Support Service Catalog development and enhancements
- Configure and enhance the Service Portal to improve end-user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.
- Create reports and dashboards for performance monitoring
Requirements:
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of scripting
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
