Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Install and configure TPSM functionality, including data transformations, mappings, and remote tasks for bi-directional synchronization.
• Process Automation: Execute onboarding playbooks and configure Proactive Service Experience Workflows (PSEW) to detect and resolve anomalies.
• Service Bridge Management: Set up vendor catalog items and implement Service Bridge to streamline service requests between systems.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Guide users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), build test plans, and use Automated Test Framework (ATF) to reduce manual testing.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM or IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow playbooks, workflows, catalog configuration, and integrations.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom or technology provider service management processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, consultation, and communication abilities
