Sr Service Now Developer - Contract - India - KK

Contract: 3 month extendable

Location: Remote

A ServiceNow team member will need experience working with ServiceNow in a highly integrated environment. This person will be expected to work with numerous ServiceNow modules including Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Asset Management (Stockroom, PCLM) and Service Level Management(SLM/SLA). As a ServiceNow team member the person will be responsible for troubleshooting help tickets, creating custom workflows, administrating user accounts and implementing business logic for organization and for individual departments.

Required Experience/Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer

Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development

ServiceNow Users, Groups, Roles, User Permissions

Service Catalog customization

Integration Hub

Software Asset Management

Strategic Portfolio Management

Workflow creation, customization and debugging

Configuring UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Notifications and custom UI Pages.

Data import and Transform Maps

ServiceNow Security including ACLs, Roles and Auditing

Preferred Experience/Skills

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer (preferred ) or Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)

Service Portal implementation

Performance Analytics experience

PPM experience

Discovery/CMDB experience

ITSM Change Management experience
