- Translate business requirements into functional specifications process flows user stories and acceptance criteria
- Design solution options within the ServiceNow platform and recommend the best fit for business needs
- Manage stakeholder expectations provide regular status updates and facilitate decision making
- Good experience with SAFe Agile practices story writing and agile ceremonies Knowledge of Agile Tool ServiceNow Agile Jira ADO is essential
- Prepare implementation documentation release notes and enduser guides
- Assist in deployment planning and postimplementation support to ensure smooth handover to operations
- Provide demos to business
