Job Role :: ServiceNow ITOM Lead/Architect

Location: Bengaluru/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Kolhapur/ Indore

Job Type : Fulltime

Points to be noted :

  • We need 6+ years’ experience relevant to ServiceNow development, with very good scripting skills and proper platform knowledge of all the capabilities and OOB features.
  • ITOM and SPM / SOM are top priority
  • We need immediate joiners or 15 days notice period full time.

Skills Required :

ITOM(Discovery, Service mapping, Event management), SPM (Projects, Resource, Demand and Workspace), CSM(Custom case types, Product catalogs, Case Management, B2B and B2C),SOM(Sales Order Management), Integrations, Portals, UI Builder, Scripting, ACL's and Latest futures of the ServiceNow Platform, CMDB experience.

Role : Team Lead / Technical Architect

Description:

  • Experience in end to end implementations of ITOM modules, and troubleshooting the Data sources and SGC.

  • Experience with Integration hub and Robust transform maps

  • Experience in configuring and driving entire Event management modules

  • Experience in Setting up Mid Server with clustering and mid server script includes

  • Should have done at least 3 end to end implementations in ITOM.

  • Should be able to manage the stake holders and run the requirement gathering sessions and backlog creation.

  • Good communication skills

  • Should be able to take the ownership of the project and drive it to successful closure and maintain good relationship with Customer

Description :

  • Hands on experience in implementing and supporting SPM modules in ServiceNow including Salesforce and Jira integrations

  • Hands on experience in setting up the Project Workspace and other SPM workspace.

  • Good understanding of the Project management process

  • Very good scripting skills

  • Ability to communicate the solution effectively to stake holders

  • Should be able to lead the implementation with adherence to OOB features and drive it to the successful closure

  • Good Communication skills and stake holder management skills

  • Should be a team player and support the development team with troubleshooting and solution explanation

Description :

  • Hands on experience in implementing Sales Order Management

  • Hands on experience in integrating the ServiceNow SOM with other CRM tools like Salesforce

  • Good scripting skills

  • Hands on experience in building and configuring custom portals

  • Experience with UI builder components and implementation of workspace setup

  • Good understanding of the Telecom and Media management industry domains

  • Ability to lead the requirement gathering workshops and story creations

  • Should help the Team with troubleshooting and solutioning of the stories.

  • Good Communication skills and stake holder management skills

Description:

  • should have done at least 5 end to end CSM implementations covering all the modules including portals and workspaces .

  • Should be good with scripting and integrations with third party tools

  • Integration hub experience in building custom actions and flows to integrate using spokes.

  • Good understanding of the Manufacturing industry domain.

  • Good Communication skills and stake holder management skills
