Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer / Admin

Location: Chicago IL, NYC, Washington DC, or Kansas City, MO (remote after some time)

Duration: Contract to Hire

Pay rate- $55-60/hr

W2 role

Key Skills: Minimum 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on ITSM, hands-on development expertise, and experience working with the Security Incident Response (SIR) module.

Qualifications:

Education- Bachelor''s in Comp Sci with 6+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills And Experience

• ServiceNow Administrator Certification
• Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ITSM and SIR
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc
• Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Suitability.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Understanding and experience with IRM/GRC architecture, specifically CAM and Risk Workspaces
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
