ServiceNow Developer(Gen AI)

Job Description We are looking for ServiceNow Developers with GenAI experience to join our team for a client project in Santa Clara. The ideal candidates will have strong ServiceNow development expertise along with experience in Generative AI and agentic AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into workflows and applications
• Build and enhance Virtual Agents and AI-driven automation
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows and autonomous task execution systems
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM integrations
• Experience with agentic AI tools, AI agents, or autonomous workflow frameworks
• Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent / Now Assist
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Experience with tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
