Role: Service Now Developer with Gen AI
Location: Santa Clara CA Hybrid Position
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into workflows and applications
- Build and enhance Virtual Agents and AI-driven automation
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows and autonomous task execution systems
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM integrations
- Experience with agentic AI tools, AI agents, or autonomous workflow frameworks
- Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent / Now Assist
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
