This position plays a key role in helping to shape, execute and scale ServiceNow's employee volunteering program and Global Impact & Sustainability brand. Our Global Impact strategy delivers on our People Pact, to fulfill our purpose together and make the world work better for everyone. Through our efforts, we aim to ensure that all people have access to the AI economy, driving towards our goal to positively reach 1B people. The Program Operations Specialist will work closely with the Director of Employee Volunteering & Giving on specific projects to accelerate and scale our program globally.
This is a flexible role based in West Palm Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects that help scale our Employee Volunteering initiatives, by creating project plans, maintaining documentation, and supporting process standardization across assigned workstreams to drive continuous innovation
- Support the expansion of specific skilled volunteering program projects, contributing to research, coordination, and operational setup for new or existing offerings
- Develop a standardized process to respond to employee inquiries for employee volunteering activities, responding to questions, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring timely resolution within established guidelines
- Create a stakeholder map for programs, supporting the matching of employees to opportunities by organizing inputs from internal teams and partners
- Compile, analyze and organize data for reporting purposes, producing summaries and insights related to participation, trends, and impact for defined reporting periods or initiatives
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external strategic events, including building project timelines, coordinating cross-functional contributors, tracking task completion, and day-of execution
- Prepare post-event and post-project summaries documenting outcomes, key learnings, and opportunities to inform future program planning
- Draft communications for events and campaigns, coordinating with employee communications and talent brand partners to align messaging across channels
Skills
- 2-4 years of applicable work experience in corporate social responsibility, volunteering, and/or project management
- Experience in event planning and logistics
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously?
- Communications and content development experience preferred
- Demonstrated personal passion for corporate responsibility, social impact, philanthropy, community advocacy, and corporate affairs
- Experience identifying, developing and managing partnerships with internal and external global stakeholders
- Professional presence as a role model of adaptability, tolerance and creative problem-solving?
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
