Position Summary
The Client Director is responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts for CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite Partner. This role focuses on cultivating and leveraging relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to identify opportunities, close large-scale enterprise deals, and accelerate CoreX’s growth in the Upper Midwest region. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building strong relationships, and successfully selling complex ServiceNow solutions and services.
This is a remote position; candidates must be based in Tampa, FL, and have prior experience selling across the Southeast area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within the Southeast territory
- Leverage established relationships with ServiceNow sales teams, solution consultants, and ecosystem partners to generate and advance opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts, focusing on multi-year, high-value engagements.
- Drive account growth by expanding services within existing customer accounts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate CoreX’s value proposition and differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutions, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on ServiceNow product offerings, ecosystem developments, and industry trends to effectively position CoreX’s services.
- Accurately forecast pipeline, report on activity, and maintain CRM records.
- Represent CoreX at regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years selling ServiceNow solutions.
- Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding $3M+ annual quotas in professional services.
- Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem (sales, alliances, and partner teams).
- Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Experience working with or for ServiceNow Elite or Global Elite partners is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and how to position them to meet customer needs.
- Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including with executive-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP).
- Ability to work independently, develop territory plans, and manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
Candidates Meeting All Qualifications (Top-Tier, Highly Connected, Proven Overachiever):
Base Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $240,000 – $300,000 per year (base + commission + bonuses)
