Overview

Seeking lead Developer/ Architect / managing offshore team as part of responsibility / to lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ and drive end to end delivery across multiple enterprise workflows. This role requires strong architectural leadership, technical PM capabilities, and the ability to guide development teams while ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.

Required Skills

8+ years ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations)
Technical PM or delivery management experience
Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations
Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage complex programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
