About the Team

The ServiceNow Risk Management Sales Team at Crowe is committed to transforming organizations' governance, risk, and compliance operations through the ServiceNow platform. We collaborate closely with clients to tackle their risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory challenges while identifying improvement opportunities to enhance visibility and automate processes.

About the Role

The ServiceNow IRM & SecOps Sales Leader is responsible for driving the growth of Crowe's ServiceNow IRM & Security solutions. This key position focuses on pipeline development, strategic account expansion, and managing complex sales engagements. The Sales Leader works alongside client executives to understand various challenges and deliver impactful ServiceNow solutions that improve governance, compliance, and risk visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Crowe as a trusted advisor in the ServiceNow space.

What You'll Do

  • Revenue & Sales Leadership:
  • Own sales targets and drive revenue growth within your assigned areas.
  • Generate new opportunities through industry connections, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for ServiceNow IRM/SecOps engagements.
  • Formulate strategies for expanding ServiceNow footprint with existing clients and targeting new prospects.
  • Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
  • Oversee large proposals, focusing on positioning, pricing, and value articulation.
  • Enhance Crowe's competitive edge against other partners through our unique advantages.
  • Strategic Client Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives in risk, compliance, and security.
  • Position Crowe as a trusted advisor on enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Lead workshops and discussions to communicate value and ROI effectively.
  • Represent Crowe at industry events to bolster our market presence.
  • Solution & Offering Leadership:
  • Partner with teams to create scalable industry-aligned Risk Management offerings.
  • Collaborate to develop robust ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions that meet best practices and regulatory demands.
  • Integrate IRM & SecOps with adjacent ServiceNow modules to enhance client value.
  • Align joint sales efforts with ServiceNow teams for maximum impact.
  • Go-To-Market & Practice Growth:
  • Contribute to strategies for market presence and campaign development.
  • Spot emerging trends and regulatory changes to refine our offerings.
  • Assist in mentoring sales teams and support talent development.
  • Deal Governance & Execution Oversight:
  • Lead deal reviews and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Maintain visibility of pipeline health and revenue performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting using CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in ServiceNow consulting or related fields.
  • 10+ years in business development or sales leadership.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating pipeline.
  • Experience leading complex ServiceNow deals.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM & SecOps solutions.
  • Experience in developing executive-level proposals and justifications.
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations processes.
  • Experience within consulting environments and collaborating with service partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC, or NIST.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Strong negotiating skills with a proven results orientation.
