KPMG is excited to announce an opening for a ServiceNow Solution Architect within our Digital Nexus technology organization. This position allows for a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and devise solutions within the ServiceNow framework, while also evaluating alternative platforms in partnership with Enterprise Architecture.
• Design and implement adaptable, scalable, and maintainable solutions, including leading proofs of concept for innovative initiatives.
• Construct integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems utilizing iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with ServiceNow support and technical teams to address critical issues, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends related to ServiceNow solutions such as HRSD, WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and more.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of seven years of recent experience in solution architecture with ServiceNow, focusing on designing end-to-end employee workflows and digital HR experiences. Expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is required, along with knowledge in at least two additional ServiceNow modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; required certifications include Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer), Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional, and at least one additional CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification. Strong preference for candidates with the Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Experience in supporting business solutions on the ServiceNow platform from both development and administrative perspectives, including navigating the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
• A solid understanding of the practical application of ServiceNow in various industry contexts, including insights on the interconnectivity of modules and core data.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and other commonly used technology platforms in core business functions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively engage with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
