Your Role and Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will evaluate the business needs of clients and propose customized ServiceNow implementation strategies. You will take charge of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are estimated, planned, executed, and analyzed architecturally to meet client requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead ServiceNow Implementation Projects: Oversee the estimation, planning, and execution of ServiceNow implementation initiatives, ensuring the delivery of timely and effective solutions that align with client objectives.
- Conduct Architectural Analysis: Perform comprehensive analyses of client needs to pinpoint opportunities for implementing and integrating ServiceNow with other systems in their ecosystem.
- Estimate Infrastructure Requirements: Assess and project the infrastructure needs for ServiceNow implementations to guarantee seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Manage Solution Delivery: Supervise the execution of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they satisfy client business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Clients: Engage closely with clients to gain deep insights into their business needs, providing expert advice and recommendations for effective ServiceNow implementation solutions.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- ServiceNow Implementation Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing tailored ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements, including estimation, planning, and execution.
- Architectural Analysis Skills: Demonstrated capability in conducting thorough analyses of client needs to discover opportunities for ServiceNow implementation and system integration.
- Infrastructure Estimation Knowledge: Experience in assessing and estimating the infrastructure demands for ServiceNow to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Solution Delivery Management: Track record of managing the rollout of ServiceNow solutions while ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices.
- Technical Integration Expertise: Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow tools with other systems to create comprehensive solutions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Technical Integration Expertise: Experience in connecting ServiceNow tools with various systems, leveraging knowledge of APIs, data models, and overall system architecture.
- IT Service Management Knowledge: Understanding of IT service management principles, including incident, problem, and change management, to effectively design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Cloud Platform Understanding: Exposure to cloud platforms and their infrastructure requirements to facilitate optimal ServiceNow implementations.
