You Are:
As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you bring extensive experience in crafting innovative applications within the ServiceNow platform. You can easily design system solutions and convey those solutions effectively.
- Ready to actively engage in developing new solutions for our clients.
- An experienced advisor to senior executives, adept at creating optimal solutions that meet their business needs.
- Provide leadership on critical ServiceNow initiatives for Fortune 500 clients.
- A continuous learner who pursues new opportunities for growth and keeps informed about the latest ServiceNow applications and features.
- Capable of identifying opportunities for added client value and collaborating with internal ServiceNow teams to drive progress.
The Work:
- Lead continuous enhancement of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
- Manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical leadership capacity.
- Process-oriented, thriving in organized environments.
- Comfortable seeking assistance from colleagues and Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
- Solid foundations in Enterprise Software and/or Consulting environments.
- Proven track record of influencing and consulting on governance, program management, business processes, and technical issues, providing stakeholders with actionable options and insights.

Travel may be required for this role, with variations from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:
- At least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow in a Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
- Minimum 8 years in IT transformation and strategy planning, ideally within a high-tech consulting context.
- At least 4 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in implementing and enforcing standards like code and architectural reviews.
- At least 6 years of advanced scripting expertise in JavaScript and SQL.
- Minimum of 6 years working with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban, and Wagile.
- Holding at least three ServiceNow certifications—System Admin, Application Developer, and ITSM preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If you have an associate degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Bonus Points If:
- You possess database experience.
- You have experience in cloud migration.
- You are ITIL Certified.
- You have integrated ServiceNow with AWS or Azure.
- You have experience building prototypes.
- You exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- You are recognized as a proven team player and team builder.
- You have strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- You are familiar with SaaS deployments and their supporting architectures.
- You have a degree or equivalent, ideally in Information Technology, alongside a proven consulting and project management background.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors including location, role, skills, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is as follows:
California $94,400 to $266,300 Cleveland $87,400 to $213,000 Colorado $94,400 to $230,000 District of Columbia $100,500 to $245,000 Illinois $87,400 to $230,000 Maryland $94,400 to $230,000 Massachusetts $94,400 to $245,000 Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000 New York $87,400 to $266,300 New Jersey $100,500 to $266,300 Washington $100,500 to $245,000
