Principal, ServiceNow Engineering

We’re seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead architecture and delivery in an enterprise sized environment with ServiceNow. You’ll guide technical strategy, solve complex platform challenges, and partner with engineering, product, and business teams to build scalable, high‑impact solutions.

Expectations:

• Lead platform architecture and roadmap planning for ServiceNow

• Drive delivery of complex, cross‑system initiatives

• Resolve advanced technical issues and mature the platform

• Partner with product owners to define strategic objectives

• Provide leadership to development teams and ensure architectural alignment

• Oversee data management, reporting, and platform stability

• Manage and mentor a development team

Experience:

• Implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions

• Delivering IT, Security, or GRC platforms

• Expert knowledge of CMDB and the Common Service Data Model (4.0+)

• Strong experience with Performance Analytics and data insights

• Solid understanding of system architecture and platform design

• Expert with ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, SAM, and HAM

• Ability to create and deliver executive‑level presentations
