The Opportunity
As a ServiceNow AI Solution Architect and Senior Manager, you will lead innovative transformation teams within a fast-growing segment of our business. This client-facing role offers you the chance to not only develop and motivate teams but also to build and maintain strong client relationships. In this role, you will spearhead EY's AI thought leadership, strategically driving innovation through the design and development of cutting-edge solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to enable AI-driven transformation across various functions, including user experience and AI governance. Your key responsibilities will include leading the deployment of AI-native solutions, partnering with our AI & Data team to deliver comprehensive strategies that address complex business challenges and unlock new growth opportunities. You'll ensure project timelines, costs, and quality are effectively managed while leading both technical and non-technical teams in the implementation of technology solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships proactively.
- Be accountable for program and project management, ensuring that all objectives are achieved.
- Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing economics effectively.

- Lead and formulate strategies for ServiceNow enabled transformations, collaborating with senior executives to establish business cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Manage all aspects of ServiceNow AI projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and oversee multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources.
- Build strong client relationships, demonstrating the value of EY services.
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow service management implementations across various business functions.
- Analyze a company’s service management capabilities, offering best practice recommendations.
- Facilitate design sessions and requirements workshops with subject matter experts.
- Experience in both waterfall and agile delivery models.
- Create high-quality project deliverables and artifacts.
- Expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities and the design of multi-LLM architectures.
- Proficiency in developing data pipelines for AI solutions.
- Skills in prompt engineering and enhancing AI accuracy through RAG techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-agent systems and automation processes.
To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementations.
- 2-5 years of experience with ServiceNow's NOW Assist.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions.
- At least one ServiceNow certification.
- Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience at a Senior Manager or Director level.
- Strong consulting and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading teams and developing presentations.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel as needed (up to 60%).
Ideally, You Will Also Have
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect.
- Experience with Moveworks capabilities.
